What is idea(Suggestion Scheme) ?
Employees share their innovative ideas (suggestions) with a purpose to drive transformation at their workplace by adopting new methodology or new process etc. Often these ideas are evaluated and implemented by someone other than the idea originator.
What is HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) ?
Safety observations, incidents that impact health and or safety of the employees are captured (Near miss, Unsafe condition, Unsafe act, LTI, MTI, Fire incident etc.) with an intent to immediately act on them with priority and prevent those incidents from escalating to a higher risk and impact levels. Prevention is better than cure – focus is on capturing as many Safety observations as possible and closing them out via systematic process of actions on those.
