Below are the steps to upload and complete A3 offline idea workflow actions.
- Add an A3 Online idea.
- Complete the Eight Steps
- Close an Idea.
Add an A3 Online Idea.
- Enter Title.
- Enter Problem Statement.
- Enter Solution.
- Select Impact Areas.
- Add Attachments(if needed)
- Select Idea box
- Select Yes for Is this is a A3 Project.
- Select No to add an A3 idea as Online.
- Select Project Manager.(Required)
- Add Tags.
- Enter document reference if any.
- Select posted by user name.
- Add team members
- Click on Submit button to add A3 idea.

Update A3 Idea
Open an Edit page of your A3 Idea and update idea details easily. Like C1, C2 ideas we have options to add members attachments, observers and also can add tasks and assign them to users.

Note:
- Before moving to step 1 you should select a project manager for the idea.
- Only Committee Head, Project Manager and Admins have rights to update Project manager.
