Once the idea has been implemented then move it to the Implemented stage for further processing. C1 idea is from the accepted stage and the C2 idea is from in In Progress stage. You can see four Workflow actions for the C2 idea.
Notify as implementation completed: You can notify committee members about the idea progress by sending mail.
Mark as Implemented: You can mark the idea as implemented, it will move to the implemented stage.
Park: Park an idea if any reason that you cannot implement the idea for some time.
Archive: Archive an idea if it is not required to implement.
