Park an Idea
During the In Progress and Accepted stages, ideas can be parked. Towards the end of the implementation process, it is not possible to park an idea.
Steps to Park an idea
- Search the idea which is to be parked.
- Open idea in edit mode.
- Click on Park idea button.
- Add a note or reason.
- Click on Park button.
Reopen Parked Idea.
Follow the below steps to reopen a parked idea.
- Go to Idea Library section from Smart ideas Tools.
- Click on My Board or Idea Committee board.
- Search your idea to be parked.
- Click on edit icon.
- Click on Acknowledge button to Accept an idea or click on Reject button to Reject it.
- Once the idea has been parked, it will be treated as a new idea, but the previously added information will be saved.
- After Acknowleding an idea, it will be moved to Accepted (if C1) or Accepted (In Review) (if C2) stage.
