C2 and C3 ideas need to be reviewed by Committee Members based on the evaluation criteria, allocating scores for each parameter. You can define your own evaluation criteria as long as the total points tally at 100.
Idea Points accumulated by users can be exchanged against Gift cards or Coupons from Amazon or various other providers (no direct integration with Indonis is available at this point in time).

Once the Idea has been a marked idea as implemented, the committee head will receive the idea evaluation request notification.

Below are the steps to complete idea evaluations.

1. Select Idea Category(C2/C3)
2. Go to the Implemented stage.
3. Search idea and open an edit page.
4. Click on Idea evaluation button.
5. Click on ‘+‘ button to add idea points.
6. Select points as per the parameters.
7. Click on Submit button to save points.
8. Go back to the idea edit page and check generated points.

“As of [0] out of [1] idea evaluations have been completed.” This message shows the committee members who have completed the idea evaluation process. It is mandatory to complete all out

To send a request to the committee members for the idea evaluation process follow the below steps.

1. Open your idea edit page which is being implemented.
2. Click on Idea Evaluation Button
3. Click on second tab Commitee Evaluation
4. Search the member which you want to send request.
5. Click on Send Request button.

Send Request To DPS Committee Members

To send a request to the committee members for the idea evaluation process follow the below steps.

1. Open your idea edit page which is being implemented.
2. Click on Idea Evaluation Button
3. Click on second tab DPS Commitee
4. Search the member which you want to send request.
5. Click on Send Request button.

After sending the request committee members will receive the email.

Once a particular idea has been closed, each team member and the initiator will receive the average of all committee members’ points and default points assigned to that idea’s idea box.

• The idea evaluation process is only for C2 and C3 ideas which are being implemented.
• For C1 idea team member and intiator will recieve the deafalut point assigned to that idea’s idea box.
