A3 Online Ideas

• Carry forward Celebration, Project Feedback to C3 ideas
• C3 idea saved as a draft, not possible to add members. Add possibility while still in draft mode.
• In the draft, the current situation is picking up the title of the project automatically – should be linked with the current situation of the idea.
• In the draft, all 8 steps have to be disabled:
• Committee Head dashboard – add C3 view
• The additional comma (,)before C-Cost in Step 3
• Step3 – Add loading bar. If an attachment is loaded and then canceled, the same attachment can’t be uploaded once again.
• Once Step 3 is completed, no notification is sent to Committee Head (this has to be activated).
• Step 5: add descriptions of the symbols for higher clarity in actions of countermeasures
• Change the text of the notification: Notify about the implementation alert
• Step 6 can be marked completed while one countermeasure is still On target (all countermeasures must be closed before the step can be marked as completed)
• Step 7: update note at the bottom, it refers to the previous step not being completed, in reality, it is because Targets are not marked as completed.
• Actual implementation cost and savings are already input in Step7, the official section has to be updated accordingly. Right now Official section is not updated properly. Once Step 7 is closed, the Official section should be no more editable.
• After closure, data are still editable. Check once again if this is only possible for Admins.
• Idea evaluations: the pop-up message should disappear automatically once the update is done (now it can be overridden by the user)
• Email for Idea evaluation brings to Idea homepage. The evaluation process must be highlighted, where do I need to go to do the evaluation???
• Idea evaluation requests are manual, and should be automatic after completion of Step 8.
• Step 8, Summary, and attachment are mandatory (*) but we can save step 8 anyway. To be corrected, to save we need either the summary or an attachment.

• When attachments are uploaded, it’s not clear there’s a document there, not visible at all – Added a third tab “Attachments besides Comments and Review Requests tab.
• After the idea is closed, All sections can be accessed anymore for consultation reasons.
• Resolved: – Clicking on all 6 dimensions, the sum of points is wrongly calculated. By refreshing manually the page, it shows correct values. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, especially if clicking fast, it’s not updating. Need to correct this with an automatic refresh. Also, buttons are not fully clickable, one has to click on the small checkbox.
• Net savings Annual is showing monthly 12 months value which is automatically calculated, add an additional field with annual values
