Various stages of implementation will be followed for each idea. A user’s idea will appear at the New stage at the start of the process and will be treated as C1 when it is posted. Basically, there are six stages of an idea. Depending on the box owner’s or committee head’s decision idea will go through these stages.

• Accepted
• Rejected
• Parked
• In progress
• Implemented
• Closed

New Idea

In this stage, Box owner or Committee members or Admins have two ways either he can reject an idea or can accept it for further process. Before accepting any idea Committee Member will decide the Idea Category, Impact Scores for a particular idea. Depending on the Site Settings team members will receive default idea points after acknowledging an idea.

Accepted idea

All the ideas in the Accepted stage are C1 types of ideas. In this stage box owner or Admin has two options either he/she can mark the idea as implemented or he can park an idea. It is also possible to change the criteria of an idea from C1 to C2, it will be moved Accepted(In Review) stage.

Accepted(In Review)

All the ideas in the Accepted(In Review) stage are C2/C3 types of ideas. In this stage, team members or initiators can send review requests to the idea box committee members. After accepting all review requests by committee members or additional reviewers, the committee head or Admin can move to in progress. If the review requests are pending he/she can auto-approve all reviews and move an idea to in progress. It is also possible to change the criteria of an idea from C2 to C1, it will be moved Accepted stage.

In Progress

After accepting all review requests by reviewers idea will be moved to In Progress stage and in this stage idea will be ready to implement or take action on idea, all the tasks can be in progress to implement this idea successfully. Once the idea has been implemented successfully idea can be marked as implemented and it is possible to notify the committee members that the idea has been implemented and review it. If any delay to implement any idea, it is possible to park an idea.

Implemented Idea

This is the last stage of an idea. In this stage, all ideas are of C1, C2, C3 types will be implemented and waiting for the idea points evaluation process(only for C2/C3 ideas). Idea points can be given by the committee members to the ideal team members for C2/C3 ideas only. After completion of all closure, processes idea can be Mark as Closed.

Rejected Idea:

Rejected ideas will be listed in Idea Committee Board or My Idea Board. It is possible to reopen rejected idea. If you reopened rejected idea, it will be treated as Accepted and will be moved to the Accepted stage.

In this way, ideas will be going through various stages and can be moved from the New to Close stage.
